This privacy policy sets out how Winfred Quek ("Winfred", "I", "the advisor"), licensed salesperson of Crestbrick, Singapore (CEA Registration No. R073319H), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

I may collect the following personal data when you interact with this website or engage with me:

• Property enquiry data: current property situation, budget, timeline, preferences, and any notes you provide in forms or messages.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and basic analytics via the hosting platform (Vercel).

2. Purpose of collection

Personal data is collected and used strictly to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've requested (strategy calls, property advisory, representation, valuations, new-launch briefs).
• Share property-related updates, insights, and communications you have consented to receive.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and CEA record-keeping obligations.

3. Consent

By submitting any form on this website or messaging me via WhatsApp, phone, or email with a property-related enquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes stated above. Each website form includes an explicit PDPA consent checkbox.

4. Disclosure

Your personal data will not be sold or rented. It may be disclosed to:

• Crestbrick and its authorized personnel for the purposes of servicing your engagement.
• Third-party service providers (e.g. conveyancing lawyers, bankers, valuers) only where necessary for a transaction you've engaged me on, and only with your consent.
• Regulatory authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with CEA and tax record-keeping requirements (typically 5 years after the engagement ends), or as otherwise required by law.

6. Your rights & withdrawing consent

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw your consent to further collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time.
